The ground
has been covered since you’ve opened the sky.
You poured
out your blessings on my life.
For twenty
years or more, I’ve been waiting for epiphany.
I never
realized you were waiting here for me.
The time
has come for me to shine.
You’ve
lifted the shadows off my mind.
My winter
has gone away, maybe once and for all.
No more
waiting for the bloom to fall.
I’ve
made my excuses for crossing that line,
The one
that separates us from mankind.
For twenty
years or more, the trees would rarely bloom.
Now I’ve
been covered with prosperity from you.

has come for me to shine.
